The MOU Signing Ceremony was held at STOU Headquarter in Nonthaburi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The ceremony was presided over by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Taweewat Watthanakuljaroen, President of STOU, who signed on behalf of STOU, while Ms. Anchanok Khaengraeng, Committee Member and Secretary-General represented RTBPF.
